WYSDM SOFTWARE SIGNS RESELLER AGREEMENT WITH LEADING UK DISTRIBUTOR REDSTOR

STORAGE EXPO, LONDON—October 18, 2006—WysDM Software, Inc., a leading provider of innovative data protection management (DPM) solutions, today announced that it has signed a reseller agreement with data backup and storage specialist Redstor to distribute WysDM for Backups™ and WysDM for Fileservers™ software in the United Kingdom. Redstor joins WysDM channel partners including InTechnology, Posetiv and 2e2 in bringing the company’s intelligent data protection management solutions to European enterprise customers. Demonstrating global momentum, WysDM announced on October 4th that it has extended its presence into AsiaPac with leading Japanese distributor BIOS Corporation.
