WYSDM SOFTWARE SIGNS AGREEMENTS WITH LEADING EUROPEAN RESELLERS

Expansion Into Key European Markets Meets Growing Demand for Intelligent Data Protection Management Software

NEW YORK —January 29, 2007—WysDM Software, Inc., a leading provider of innovative data protection management (DPM) solutions, today announced that it has expanded into two key European markets after signing reseller agreements with Hi-Stor and StorConcepts to resell WysDM for Backups™ and WysDM for Fileservers™ software in France and Germany. Hi-Stor Technologies and StorConcepts join WysDM channel partners including RedStor, Posetiv and 2e2 in bringing the company’s intelligent data protection management solutions to European enterprise customers.  Hi-Stor also announced recently that it was partnering with WysDM to provide enhanced information to WysDM for Backups software.
